Timelock

Timelock Contract is Another Level of Security.

Timelock has been added to the MasterChef contract.

Timelock adds additional security to the project, as we are not able to make immediate changes, they have to be scheduled. To achieve this objective, we have added the Timelock contract as the owner of the MasterChef.

Timelocks

• Our Timelock delay started at 3 hours. The plan is to eventually increase it to 12 and finally 21 hours.

• Timelocks prevent any unseen and immediate changes to the BCharity smart contracts. Changes are locked for a period of time and can be monitored publicly, alerting users to any changes.

• Without Timelocks, malicious parties can modify smart contracts immediately, But we have implemented Timelock, giving no warning to the users.
